2. Refund Eligibility

– Service Disruption: If you have subscribed to a paid service on the Platform and experience a substantial disruption or unavailability of that service due to technical issues on the Platform’s end, you may be eligible for a refund.

– Service Not Delivered: If fails to provide a paid service to you within the specified time frame or as per the service agreement, you may be eligible for a refund.

– Cancellation of Paid Service: If you cancel a paid service within the stipulated cancellation period and meet the cancellation criteria defined in the service agreement, you may be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, you must follow these steps:

– Contact Support: Submit your refund request by contacting’s customer support team through the contact details provided on the Platform. You must provide detailed information about the issue and the reasons for requesting a refund.

– Review Process: Once your refund request is received, will review the request to determine its eligibility based on the circumstances mentioned in Section 2 of this Policy.

– Notification: will notify you of the refund decision within a reasonable time frame. If the request is approved, you will be informed of the refund amount and the method by which it will be processed.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, will process the refund as follows:

– Refund Amount: The refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances of your request and will not exceed the total amount you paid for the service.

– Refund Method: The refund will be issued using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

– Refund Timing: will make reasonable efforts to process the refund promptly. The timing of when you receive the refunded amount may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items and situations are generally non-refundable:

– Downloadable or Consumable Products: Any digital products, services, or subscriptions that you have already downloaded or consumed are typically non-refundable.

– Partially Used Services: If you have used a paid service partially, you may not be eligible for a refund for the portion that has already been used.

– Once payment is made for any plan, package, subscription, or service, it is not refundable under any circumstances.


Non-Refundable Terms for Placement Granted Plan

The Placement Guaranteed Plan (15,000 Rs) will not be refunded under the following circumstances:

  • If the candidate performs poorly in an interview.
  • If the candidate secures a job through alternative channels and wishes to discontinue the plan.
  • If the user utilizes any digital products or services specified in the Plan.
  • If the user misses any scheduled interview.
  • If the user decides not to accept a job offer from a company after selection.
  • If the selected company fails to provide an offer letter after the candidate’s selection.
  • Refunds will only be permitted in cases where Collegebol does not fulfill the services or benefits specified in the Plan, either partially or in full


6. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with the outcome of your refund request or have concerns about the process, you may contact’s customer support team to seek further clarification and resolution. We are committed to addressing your concerns in a fair and reasonable manner.

7. Policy Changes reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on the Platform, and the revised Policy will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
