Conformity with Purpose:
– Users must use the CollegeBol placement module exclusively for its intended purpose.
– Unauthorized actions, such as misuse or unauthorized sharing of information, may result in actions taken by CollegeBol to protect its interests.

Quality and Genuineness of Opportunities:
– CollegeBol does not guarantee the quality or authenticity of job opportunities, internships, or responses from employers.
– Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence on the nature of opportunities.

Permission to Use User Actions:
– Users grant CollegeBol permission to use their actions on the platform for displaying relevant content, including job listings and recommendations.

Links to Third-Party Websites:
– CollegeBol may provide links to third-party websites for convenience.
– Accessing these links is at the user’s own risk, and CollegeBol does not endorse their content.

Accuracy of Information:
– Users are obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information on their profiles.
– CollegeBol is not liable for inaccuracies in user-provided information.

Confidentiality:
– CollegeBol does not guarantee the confidentiality of information provided by users.
– Information may be shared with relevant authorities in response to legal processes.

Prohibited Activities:
– Users must not engage in activities that impair the interests or functioning of CollegeBol’s placement module.
– Unauthorized duplication, download, publication, modification, or distribution of material is strictly prohibited.

Email and Communication:
– Users shall not engage in spamming or send unsolicited communications to other users.
– CollegeBol may employ measures to prevent spam and unauthorized communication.

Conduct and Content:
– Users must not upload, post, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or objectionable content.

Accuracy of User-Provided Information:
– Users are responsible for providing correct and complete information on their profiles.
– CollegeBol disclaims liability for false or misleading information provided by users.

User Password and Identification:
– Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and user identification.
– CollegeBol assumes no liability for improper use of user credentials.

Compliance with Applicable Laws:
– Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the placement module.
– Users are solely responsible for their actions and any legal liabilities that may arise from violations.

ADDITIONALLY, BASIS SERVICES CHOSEN, CERTAIN PRODUCT/SERVICE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS MAY APPLY.

Plan Validity: Plan Validity means that the specified plan is accessible to the user for the duration mentioned in the package.

Resume Template: The Resume Template feature is designed to assist candidates in creating and downloading their resumes easily.

Government Job Updates: Government Job Updates are informational notifications provided by the platform. They do not guarantee interviews or job placement.

Verified Tag: The Verified Tag indicates that candidate details have been verified by the platform to the best of its ability.

Guaranteed Placement: Guaranteed Placement signifies that Collegebol will actively assist candidates in securing direct interview calls and provide support for job placement.

Dedicated Relationship Manager: A Dedicated Relationship Manager is available during working hours as per the company’s norms to assist and support users with their queries and needs.

C.V Display Duration: C.Vs (resumes) will be displayed on the platform for a period of 12 months. Please note that the display duration is subject to the availability of the candidate’s C.V. It is possible that a specific candidate’s C.V may not be available on the platform during this time.

Job Posting: Job posting on the platform allows you to advertise job vacancies. However, it does not guarantee a fixed number of candidates applying for the position. The response rate may vary based on multiple factors, including candidate interest and suitability for the job.

Pre-Assessment Test: When using the Pre-Assessment Test feature, users can select from pre-made templates. Customized tests are not available, and candidates must choose from the available templates provided by the platform.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, the final decision and resolution provided by the platform shall be considered as binding and final. Users agree to abide by the platform’s decision in such matters.
